Yes now. Finally the soap opera of the possible punishment to Marc Márquez ended after his incident starring Pol Espargaró at the Grand Prix of Catalunya, back in early June. Anyway, the Pons 40 HP Tuenti wanted to make clear that it is not at all in agreement with the decision but prefers that the claim does not go beyond the domains of the International Motorcycling Federation.

The Pons 40 HP Tuenti team, after receiving the official notification of the CDI Court of the International Motorcycling Federation, which ratified the decision of the Stewards of the FIM revoking the sanction of the Race Direction of the MotoGP World Championship against the rider Marc Márquez , due to the incident that occurred during the Grand Prix of Catalunya, decided to comply with the ruling and not to make use of its legal right to resort to the TAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport).
The Pons 40 HP Tuenti team, still believing that the ruling is unfair and does not adjust to the events that occurred, and that it seriously harms the normal development of what would have been the Championship, both as a team and its pilot Pol Espargaró, he does not want this decision to get out of the disciplinary channels of the International Motorcycling Federation.
Beyond the sporting damage of the aforementioned ruling, the Pons 40 HP Tuenti deeply regrets the lack of respect that the ruling has meant for the authority of Career Management and the Security Commission, which is the body that defends with its criteria, knowledge and experience, the safety of the MotoGP championship races and the guarantee of compliance with the FIM’s sports regulations.
The team and its drivers want to focus on the six remaining races for the conclusion of the 2012 Moto2 World Championship, trying to be competitive and fighting for victory in each of them.
