The Motorcycle World Championship returns to Spain this weekend in what will be the penultimate round of the year in our country. The MotorLand Aragón circuit hosts the fourteenth MotoGP scoring test before facing the Asian triplet.
Despite the fact that the Aragonese layout is a very modern facility, the city of Alcañiz has a long tradition in motor racing, since numerous tests were held in its urban circuit between 1963 and 2003, when it was decided to start construction of the current layout. The Aragonese circuit consists of 5,077km in which there are 17 curves, 7 on the right and 10 on the left; It is a fast circuit that combines numerous ups and downs, among which the “inverted corkscrew” stands out in turns 7 and 8, which many compare with that of the American layout of Laguna Seca.
The weekend schedule will be normal at the European Grand Prix. All free and qualifying sessions can be followed on MovistarTV, while the races will be broadcast on both MovistarTV and Telecicno.
